About Our Richmond, VA Office:

The Richmond office was opened in 1992 by Scott’s President, Hutch Mauck, who at the time served as a Scott Risk Advisor. More than 25 years later, the Richmond office is one of Scott’s fastest growing locations. Under the leadership of Branch Leader and Vice President Pim Jager, Richmond’s ever-expanding team helps businesses throughout the region devise solutions to reduce risk, lower costs and optimize performance. Dedicated to serving the risk management and employee benefits needs of our clients and business partners, the Richmond office regularly hosts educational workshops and seminars throughout the year.

The Scott team is proud to be part of Richmond and the surrounding community. Scott employee owners volunteer and support many local non-profit organizations including Junior Achievement of Central Virginia, Meals on Wheels/Feedmore and Henrico County’s Dress for Success program. The office frequently participates in Bike MS events across Virginia and has raised over $55,000 to support the National MS Society. Due to its unique and rewarding culture, the Richmond office was recognized as a 2017 Top Workplace and has been a repeat recipient of the Virginia Best Place to Work designation.
