Prior to joining Scott, Bo was a National Account Manager for a Fortune 500 Human Resource company where he led a team of industry specialists focused on Benefits Administration Outsourcing, Workforce Management, Human Resource Information Systems and Enterprise Payroll Systems. In addition, Bo worked for Ernst & Young LLP, in their Business Process Transformation Consulting Group, helping mid-market and Fortune 500 organizations streamline their back-offices by deploying technology and process re-engineering. Bo received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from James Madison University and currently holds his Health & Life Consultant License. He has served and continues to serve on a variety of Broker Advisory Boards including Anthem, Optima and United Health Care.
