With more than 20 years of experience in human resources administration and benefits consulting, Pim partners with Senior Living organizations to implement a clear, strategic vision for their employee benefits programs. Utilizing a data-driven approach and deep industry insights, Pim focuses on collaboration to uncover opportunities and solve clients’ unique challenges, including:

  • Using benchmarks to design competitive employee benefits plans to support the recruitment and retention of top-tier human capital
  • Uncovering the unknown drivers of healthcare costs and implementing targeted risk management and clinical interventions to reduce population health risks and plan costs
  • Guiding organizations to discover the best-fit funding mechanism for their employer-sponsored health plan, including alternative financing such as self-funding or group health captives

A little more information about Pim

Pim is a graduate of James Madison University and in addition to leading the Senior Living Practice and partnering with clients, he also serves as the Branch Leader of Scott’s office in Richmond, Va. Pim was instrumental in the development and ongoing growth of the Heritage Group Health Program - the country’s first health captive focused solely on the senior living industry.

Prior to joining Scott, Pim was a National Account District Manager for a Fortune 500 Human Resource and Benefits Administration technology company. While there, he led an account team of industry specialists focused on the areas of Benefits Administration Outsourcing, Workforce Management, Human Resource Information Systems and Enterprise Payroll Services.
