Will joined the Scott Insurance team in 2024 and serves clients from the Richmond office. He began his career working for a small business, serving in PR, communications and marketing roles. After this, Will moved into the management consulting space, focusing on enterprise software platforms utilized within Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, prior to Scott, he sought a more relational role and transitioned to a small software company within the digital infrastructure industry, where he served as an Enterprise Account Executive and was the company’s highest-performing Account Executive in 2023.

Will graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Integrated Advertising and a minor in Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication. He is also actively engaged in serving his community through volunteering with STEP (Strategies to Elevate People) and as a deacon at City Church of Richmond.
