Richard earned his B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and his MBA from Averett University. He also holds his CPCU designation and is a graduate of Appalachian State University’s Insurance Executive program. Richard is an active member in his community and has served in a number of volunteer leadership positions with organizations including Manchester YMCA, Boy Scouts of America, St. Vincent De Paul Society and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
