A little more information about Kassi

Prior to joining Scott, Kassi worked as a Benefits Consultant for an independent benefits firm, partnering with clients to build competitive employee benefit plans. Kassi began her career as an industrial engineer for Milliken & Company, where she improved manufacturing practices and guided a team of employees to efficiently deliver quality product and gain market share. She then transitioned into a cost account role measuring their financial performance. Kassi actively participates in several professional associations and serves on the Executive Committee for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of The ESOP Association and on the board of Women in Healthcare's Central Virginia Chapter. Kassi graduated from Converse College with a Bachelor of Science in economics and from Clemson University with a Master of Business Administration. She is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie and holds her Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management certificates.
