Tara Warnock

Regional P&C Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry working in Property and Casualty, Tara Warnock is the Commercial Operations Manager for our Tennessee region. In this role, she manages service teams, day-to-day commercial operations, including handling escalated coverage issues, analyzing and improving organizational processes, and working to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.

Prior to joining Scott in 2023, Tara served in both client-facing and training roles before stepping into leadership. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and holds a CISR designation.
