Kris McCue
P&C Director of Systems and Training
Kris joined Scott in 2003 and has held several roles during her tenure, including Customer Service Representative and Team Lead. In her current role as the Training Coordinator for Scott’s Property & Casualty Operations team, she focuses on developing and conducting training for new hires and current employee owners. Additionally, Kris manages Scott’s processing unit and licensing departments and oversees our agency management software, constantly monitoring for upgrades and configuration changes.
Kris earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Radford University and is licensed in Property & Casualty. She also holds her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designations.
