Dina Fonzone

Vice President – Health Risk Performance

Dina Fonzone began her career in employee benefits and healthcare management in 1998, working with employers and their health plans in disease management, health risk performance, wellness and organizational development capacities. She joined Scott in 2001 and has played a key leadership role in developing the proprietary health risk management process, OvationsTM. She assists Scott clients in developing successful performance-driven, business health strategies.

Dina has been a sourced expert in numerous national magazines and trade publications and is a routine presenter at national conferences on the topic of health risk performance/wellness. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University with the School of Public and Environmental Health and works with medical and allied health students at Thomas Jefferson University in the Health Mentor Program. In 2015 Dina was invited to join the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) MS Treatment and Monitoring Task Force.

Dina has a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Catawba College, a Master of Arts in health education and worksite health promotion from East Carolina University and an Master of Business Administration from DeSales University. She is a Masters-Level Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) a Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) and a Certified Wellness Culture Coach.
