About Our Knoxville, TN Office:

Opened in 2000, Scott’s Knoxville office has been serving commercial clients across eastern Tennessee for more than two decades. The growing team of 15 employee owners brings deep expertise in risk management, business insurance, and employee benefits. With extensive experience in the construction and road-building industries, the Knoxville team specializes in contract and coverage analysis, surety bonds, subcontractor management, and more. Matt Hill, Vice President and Risk Advisor, serves as Branch Leader for the Knoxville office.

The Knoxville office is actively involved in local and statewide professional associations including Tennessee Road Builders and Tennessee AGC. In 2018, Scott was awarded Associate of the Year by the Tennessee Road Builders. Community outreach is also an important element to this office. Our employee owners assist several local organizations including Mission of Hope, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and Emerald Youth Foundation.
