Scott Benefit Services Appoints Jessie Armstrong as Account Executive

Scott Benefit Services has appointed Jessie Armstrong as a Benefits Account Executive in its Richmond office.  Armstrong began with Scott in 2013 as a Benefits Account Analyst and transitioned into her current role in 2018.
