About Our Charlotte, NC Office:

The Scott Charlotte office opened in 2000 and is the largest of Scott’s North Carolina locations. Our Charlotte location, which has 40+ employee owners and is steadily growing, embodies the unique ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) environment of camaraderie and teamwork, enabling the Charlotte team to provide exceptional commercial insurance and employee benefit services to their clients. As a result, the Charlotte office has experienced 43% revenue growth in the past three years. Andrew Chambers, Vice President and Scott Board Member, joined Scott in 2001 to help establish the Charlotte location and currently serves as the Charlotte Branch Leader.

Located in the thriving business district in Uptown Charlotte, Scott employee owners are active within the local community, volunteering and supporting many non-profits including Second Harvest Food Bank, SOW Much Good, the Humane Society of Charlotte, KinderMourn, and The Men’s Shelter of Charlotte. Due to its unique and rewarding culture, the Charlotte office is proud to have been a repeat recipient of Charlotte Business Journal’s Best Place to Work recognition. In 2018, the Scott Charlotte office launched a cornhole tournament and fundraising event called Toss For A Cause, which has benefited multiple location organizations.
