Ed Bonkemeyer is a retired Scott employee owner who played a pivotal role in the evolution of the Risk Performance Group. During his time at Scott, Ed was known for his commitment to learning deeply about the organizations he worked with in order to best serve, coach, and advise them. Ed challenged clients to think differently about true risk versus a focus on regulatory compliance but did it in a manner where he was the student and his clients were the teachers. His vision for focusing on what really matters and framework for serving clients continue to serve the Risk Performance Group to this day.
