Scott Insurance Named a Best Place to Work in Virginia for the Sixth Time

Scott Insurance has been named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Virginia. This marks the sixth time the company has received the recognition since the annual list was created by Virginia Business and Best Companies Group in 2011.  Keith Mann, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer, accepted the award on January 31 at a luncheon honoring the elite group of companies.

This statewide program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. Awards were given based on evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics in combination with an employee survey measuring the employee experience. The 2020 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of 100 companies.
