Nelson Dickson Joins Scott as Benefits Consultant in Greenville
Scott Insurance has appointed Nelson Dickson as a Benefits Consultant in its Greenville, S.C. office.
As a Benefits Consultant, Dickson will serve as a strategic partner to mid-market employers consulting on health and welfare programs, with a specific focus on funding, pharmacy carve-out, employee benefit captives and plan design. In this role, he will partner with clients to implement and oversee strategic initiatives in financial risk management, health risk management/wellness, benchmarking, technology and employee benefits compliance.
Prior to joining Scott, Dickson worked as a major account executive for a Fortune 10 company where he provided customized IT and software solutions. Dickson received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate Spartanburg where he captained the golf team and was a member of the ASUN All-Academic team.
