Scott Insurance Appoints Matt Wilson as Branch Leader in Greenville

Scott Insurance has appointed Matt Wilson, Benefits Consultant, as the Branch Leader of its Greenville office. In this new role, he will continue to serve clients and will assume additional leadership responsibilities helping to foster the company’s growth and awareness in Greenville and throughout the Upstate.

Prior to joining Scott in 2014, Wilson was a sales director and district manager for a Fortune 500 human resources solutions company where he led a team of industry specialists focused on benefits administration outsourcing, workforce management, human resource information systems and payroll systems. Wilson received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clemson University and currently lives in Spartanburg with his wife and two children. He holds his Health & Life Consultant License and REBC® designation.

As a Benefits Consultant, Wilson advises companies on comprehensive employee benefits strategy with a specialized focus on group health captives, healthcare funding, plan design, utilization analysis, pharmacy, and disease and health risk management.
