Matt Valentine Joins Scott Insurance as Risk Advisor

NASHVILLE, Tenn., January 23, 2019 – Scott Insurance has appointed Matt Valentine as a Risk Advisor in its Franklin office.

As a Risk Advisor, Valentine will work with middle-market commercial clients to develop strategic risk management and insurance solutions. He specializes in property and casualty, workers’ compensation and executive liability coverages, as well as helping organizations build safety-focused cultures.

Prior to joining Scott, Valentine served as a Commercial Sales Manager with Markel’s Specialty group for four years. Originally from Richmond, Va., Valentine received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va. He is actively involved in the local professional community, serving on the Board of Directors for Insurors of Nashville.
