John Heil Joins Scott as Benefits Consultant in Nashville
Scott Insurance has appointed John Heil as a benefits consultant in its Nashville office. In this role, Heil’s primary objective is to educate, support and empower employers to start managing risk to achieve the most value out of their employee benefits plans. He provides guidance for executive leaders to better understand the business impacts of their benefits plans and uncover opportunities to align their benefits offerings with their financial and cultural goals.
Heil previously served as a benefits consultant with two different insurance carriers where he strategized with brokers and employers to create innovative benefits solutions. He is actively involved in several organizations including MT SHRM (Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resources), Nashville’s Young Business Influencers, which he co-founded, and Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, for which he serves as an Associate Board member.
Heil received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
