Jack Wilkes Joins Scott as Benefits Consultant in Roanoke
Scott Insurance has appointed Jack Wilkes as a Benefits Consultant in its Roanoke, Va., office.
As a Benefits Consultant, Wilkes will serve as a strategic partner to mid-market employers consulting on health and welfare programs, with a specific focus on funding, pharmacy carve-out, employee benefit captives and plan design. In this role, he will partner with clients to implement and oversee strategic initiatives in financial risk management, health risk management/wellness, benchmarking, technology and employee benefits compliance.
Prior to joining Scott, Wilkes served in on-site management and project roles at Carpi USA, where he coordinated a team of professionals for the on-time and successful completion of complex, high-profile projects. His responsibilities included supervision of payroll and employee benefits and the development of project plans, including budgeting and resource allotment, as well as quality control.
Wilkes received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond where he was an All-American Scholar.
