Forrest Belcher Joins Scott Benefit Services

Scott Benefit Services has announced the appointment of Forrest Belcher as a Benefits Consultant in its Roanoke office. In his new role, Forrest will advise middle-market companies in Roanoke and surrounding areas on comprehensive employee benefits strategy with a specialized focus on group health captives, healthcare funding, plan design and utilization analysis, pharmacy programs, and disease and health risk management.
