Scott Insurance Named a Best Practices Agency for 2021

Scott Insurance has been named a Best Practices Agency for 2021, marking the 28th consecutive year the agency has been included among the elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States.    This recognition of operational excellence and employment of industry best practices is awarded only to the top 35-45 agencies out of over 1,000 nominated agencies by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, Inc. (IIABA).

Since 1993, IIABA and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, have joined forces to study the country’s leading independent agencies in six revenue categories. The agencies comprising the study groups are selected through a comprehensive nomination and qualifying process to be awarded the “Best Practices Agency” designation.
