Scott Insurance Named a Best Practices Agency for 2024

Scott Insurance has once again achieved recognition as a Best Practices Agency for 2024, solidifying its position among a distinguished cohort of independent agencies nationwide. The agency’s consistent demonstration of operational excellence and industry leadership has positioned Scott Insurance as the sole agency in the United States to receive the Best Practices designation annually since the program’s inception in 1993.

This annual distinction is conferred upon agency participants in the Best Practices Study, a collaborative venture of the Independent Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, which meticulously evaluates and documents the operational strategies of the most high-performing agencies within the insurance industry.

Of the over 2,600 independent agencies nominated for the 2024 selection process, only 235 met the stringent criteria for the Best Practices designation.
