Will is a native of Lynchburg, VA, and a graduate of Washington and Lee University. He serves as board member of the Grandin Theatre Foundation and Goodwill Industries of the Valleys. He is also an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Roanoke Valley. In his free time, Will enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and mountain biking.
