Steve Dolin joined Scott in 2004 and focuses exclusively on the license bonds industry. Prior to joining Scott, he spent over 10 years in various underwriting and management roles with top surety companies. Based in Scott’s corporate headquarters in Lynchburg, Va., Steve and his experienced staff work with clients throughout the United States to offer personalized service, flexible underwriting and competitive pricing for a variety of license surety bonds.

Steve graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and minor in economics.
