Based out of Scott Insurance’s Lynchburg office, Ryan advises mid-market companies on comprehensive employee benefits strategy. He provides expert insights and resources pertaining to group health captives, health plan funding, and analysis for plan design and utilization.
Ryan joined Scott in 2014 as a member of the Financial Risk Performance team. In this role, he provided deep data analysis and financial modeling for the health plans of Scott clients, resulting in actionable strategies to help them gain better control over their employee benefits programs.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts in economics and commerce from Hampden-Sydney College and holds his Certified Self-Funded Specialist (CSFS) designation. He serves as Chair of the Lynchburg SHRM Foundation and is an active member of the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance.
