Kyle Ficker is a Benefits Consultant based in Scott Insurance’s Richmond office. Drawing on a background in business development, financial analysis and relationship building, Kyle brings a thoughtful, consultative approach to his work with clients.

Prior to joining Scott Insurance, Kyle worked in business development for a Richmond-based fractional executive consulting firm, where he developed relationships with business owners and professional advisors. He previously spent seven years in public finance, supporting nonprofit organizations with bond financing, financial modeling and capital planning.
