Benefits Consultant

Henry Jackson is a Benefits Consultant in Scott Insurance’s Lynchburg office. Before stepping into his full-time role, Henry gained experience with Scott as a Benefits Consultant intern in Roanoke. His background also includes service with Full Count Ministries, a nonprofit baseball ministry focused on discipleship, leadership and relationship-building, as well as the Blue Ridge Fellows program, a nine-month leadership and professional development fellowship centered on mentorship, service, workplace readiness and faith-informed leadership.

Henry brings that relationship-centered foundation to his work at Scott Insurance. His experience in ministry, leadership development and team environments has helped shape a service-oriented approach grounded in building relationships and serving others.

A little more information about Henry
Henry earned his MBA from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Carson-Newman University. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. As a student-athlete, Henry played baseball at Carson-Newman and William & Mary as an infielder and outfielder. He received the 2025 President’s Award from William & Mary Athletics for sportsmanship, citizenship and leadership, as well as the CAA Leadership and Sport Excellence Award recognizing high academic standards and athletic performance. Outside the office, Henry enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and son, Judah, watching baseball and investing in others through faith and mentorship. He also looks forward to serving through his local church and the Lynchburg Little League program.
