With a national footprint, we serve as advocates, advisors, and brokers in Scott’s Affordable Housing Practice helping clients make disciplined tradeoff decisions to operate more effectively within a system that isn’t built for them.
We partner with affordable housing developers, property managers, and LIHTC syndicators to manage complex risks at the lowest sustainable cost so they can stay focused on what matters: improving lives and strengthening communities.
