Corinne manages recruitment efforts for our Employee Benefits and Shared Services divisions, shaping strategies that attract top talent, strengthen leadership, and advance enterprise success. She partners with senior leaders to align hiring practices with organizational goals while building high-performing teams and strengthening compliance standards. Corinne holds the SPHR certification and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Scott in 2023, she led technical recruitment efforts for a global asset management firm.
