Brandon advises middle market companies on comprehensive employee benefits strategy with a specialized focus on group health captives, healthcare funding, plan design, utilization analysis, pharmacy, disease and health risk management. Prior to joining Scott, Brandon was Regional Director for a risk management and human resources consulting firm and led an account team of industry specialists focused on the areas of human resources compliance and employee safety. He is a Certified Benefits and Wellness Advisor (CBWA) and a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
