Alex Grymes is a Risk Advisor in Scott’s Richmond office. He specializes in developing risk management and workers’ compensation programs for middle-market organizations.

He began his career in Washington, D.C. working for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Scott, he led business development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region for Markel Insurance. At Scott, Alex helps clients proactively improve their risk management programs and reduce their total cost of risk.

Alex earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. He serves as President of the St. Christopher’s School Alumni Association and volunteers his time with Sportable and the Autism Society of Central Virginia.
