Aaron joined the Scott Benefit Services team in 2024, bringing with him a drive to work alongside clients to learn about their businesses and discover ways to help them get the most out of their benefits plans. Prior to Scott, he worked as a Client Relationship Manager in the Agribusiness field where he successfully built strong relationships with agriculture production partners and helped provide alternative solutions to increase their bottom line and diversify their agronomic portfolio. Aaron also served as a pastor and leader of a church/non-profit for over a decade.
