Scott Insurance’s Roanoke office has served businesses in Southwest Virginia for more than 35 years, providing innovative risk management and employee benefits solutions. With 20 employee-owners and growing, our team helps clients reduce risk, lower costs, and optimize performance. Branch Leader Bethany Murphy, who joined Scott in 2008 and became a Vice President in 2013, brings nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and surety industry. Our Roanoke team offers specialized expertise in affordable housing, hospitality, and construction, delivering tailored consulting and risk management strategies.

The Roanoke team is actively involved in the local community, serving in leadership roles for several civic and nonprofit organizations, including the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson Center, Business Council of the Roanoke-Blacksburg Region, Goodwill Industries of the Valley, and Grandin Theatre Foundation.
