A little more information about Kassi
Prior to joining Scott, Kassi worked as a Benefits Consultant for an independent benefits firm, partnering with clients to design competitive employee benefit plans. She began her career as an industrial engineer for Milliken & Company, where she improved manufacturing practices, led teams to deliver quality products efficiently, and helped grow market share. She later transitioned into a cost accounting role focused on financial performance.
Kassi is active in several professional associations, serving on the Executive Committee for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of The ESOP Association as well as on the boards of Women in Healthcare's Central Virginia Chapter, Hampton Roads SHRM, and the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia. She is also passionate about empowering students, serving on the board of Junior Achievement of Central Virginia. Kassi graduated from Converse College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and from Clemson University with a Master of Business Administration. She is also a Dale Carnegie graduate and holds Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management certificates.
