This year, Scott welcomes Will Andrews as a new board member and Pim Jager as a returning member of the board.

He specializes in developing proactive risk financing and risk management strategies for middle-market companies and has played a key role in the growth of Scott’s Real Estate and Hospitality Practice. With more than 20 years of experience in benefits consulting and human resources administration, he has been instrumental in developing Scott’s employee benefits captive programs, including the Heritage Group Health Program, a leading health captive serving not-for-profit senior living organizations across the country.
“I am encouraged and confident about the constitution of our Scott Board,” said CEO Hutch Mauck. “This experienced and knowledgeable group of leaders will bring unique perspectives, innovative ideas, and honest feedback, serving to guide Scott going forward.”
Mauck added, “Both Will and Pim bring a strong understanding of Scott, and they will offer valuable guidance to our board.”
Scott also extends its sincere appreciation to Bo Hawthorne and David Sciortino, who concluded their board service this year after three years of dedicated leadership and commitment to the company.
Please join us in congratulating Will Andrews and Pim Jager and thanking all members of the 2026-2027 Scott Board of Directors for their service to our employee-owned company.
