Prior to joining Scott, Nicole built a diverse career supporting businesses from multiple angles. She served in executive operational leadership for a local nonprofit, overseeing human resources, data integrity, and office and facility management. She also owned and managed an IT consulting business and worked as a Relationship Banker at a national bank. These experiences give Nicole a deep understanding of the operational, financial, and people-focused challenges small businesses face—allowing her to provide insurance guidance that is both relevant and actionable.
