Brian’s career began in coaching and entrepreneurship. Over nearly two decades, he built and led a successful travel lacrosse program in New Jersey, focused on developing young athletes on and off the field. After relocating to North Carolina, he coached at the collegiate level, sharpening his ability to communicate complex ideas in relatable, actionable ways, a skill he now applies to helping clients optimize their benefits strategies. Brian brings a competitive drive, growth mindset, and a passion for service to every client engagement.

Brian is a proud alumnus of Providence College, where he played lacrosse and earned a place in the Providence College Hall of Fame.
