A little more information about Matt

Matt advises middle market companies on comprehensive employee benefits strategy with a specialized focus on group health captives, healthcare funding, plan design, utilization analysis, pharmacy, disease and health risk management.

Prior to joining Scott, Matt worked as a Client Services Specialist in Employee Benefits for Willis Towers Watson and Human Resources Manager with Empire Construction in Knoxville. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

In addition to his professional activities, Matt is actively involved in the local community serving as a Committee Member for Introduction Knoxville and a coach with Knox Youth Sports.
