Mike Norris

Prior to joining Scott, Mike served commercial clients for a global insurance broker in Greenville, SC. His experience includes commercial property and casualty advisory services to local, regional, and global companies. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship. Mike maintains insurance licenses in all 50 states.

He is actively involved in the South Carolina Economic Developers Association and serves as deacon at his church and is an affiliate staff member with Campus Crusade for Christ at Clemson University.

Forrest Belcher

Before joining Scott, Forrest worked in the group benefits industry for 11 years providing customized solutions and cost management strategies to achieve client objectives. Most recently, he worked in a leadership role at Guardian Life Insurance, managing a benefits team responsible for new sales, implementation and client retention.

Forrest graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Russell Carter

Prior to joining Scott, Russell was a National Account Manager for Fahrenheit IT in Richmond, VA. In this role, he managed a geographically diverse sales team that worked to provide clients with high quality candidates and deliver customized staffing and project solutions. Under his management, the staffing and consulting firm experienced yearly growth of account revenue and gross margin. Russell earned his Masters in Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Michael Shinn

Prior to joining Scott, Michael was a Sales Manager for Lexus of Cool Springs. Under his management, the dealership became the highest volume Lexus dealer in the state for three consecutive years and earned the distinction of being a League of Elite Lexus dealer recognizing their annual sales volume and high consumer index score. Michael received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cumberland University.

Jimbo Hardison

Prior to joining Scott, Jimbo was a Sales Team Leader for Total Quality Logistics. In this role, he managed a team of of sales representatives to attain sales targets and surpass expectations of customers. Jimbo relocated from South Carolina to open the TQL office in Richmond. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Government from Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C.

Jimbo is actively involved in the community, participating in local Richmond Chamber of Commerce networking events and fund-raising activities for Episcopal High School.
