Rick Jones serves on the Board of Directors of The Caton Companies based in Charlottesville, Virginia, managing their insurance and Risk Performance efforts. He is an active and vocal member of the Generations Group Captive, where he has served on the Risk Control Committee for nearly 20 years. He is a challenger, a coach, a life-long learner, and tirelessly works to ensure all incidents receive the deserved attention by all stakeholders during the reporting and review process.
