Vice President – Practice Lead for Benefit Services

Sean Willoughby-Ray joined Scott in 1998 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of employee benefits. Based out of the Scott Greensboro office, he has been an integral part in the ongoing development and implementation of Scott’s strategic approach to employee benefits and currently serves as Practice Lead for the Benefit Services group.

Sean is a certified Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a degree in corporate finance and investment management.
